What we collect when you use this site or contact us, and what we do with it.

Who we are
R&D Right Now (“we”) provides automation and cloud engineering services. For questions about this notice or about data we hold, write to info@rdrightnow.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company, the topic you selected and your message.
- Job applications. If you apply for a role, we receive whatever you choose to send, which normally includes a CV and work history.
- Server logs. Our host records standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested path and timestamp) for security and reliability purposes.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts that service when a page loads; if you would rather it did not, the fonts can be self-hosted and we are happy to do so.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to assess job applications, to keep the site available and secure, and to meet our own record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client correspondence: for the duration of the engagement plus the period our contract and tax obligations require.
- Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can come back to strong candidates when a role opens. Tell us if you would prefer otherwise.
Who else sees it
Our infrastructure runs on Microsoft Azure, and email is handled by our mail provider. These processors handle data on our instructions. Where that involves storage outside your country, it is done under the transfer safeguards those providers offer. We do not pass your details to anyone else without your agreement, unless we are legally required to.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@rdrightnow.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than made quietly.
