What we are, precisely
A senior engineering team, working remotely for clients worldwide who need automation, cloud infrastructure and software that behaves. We are not an agency with a bench, and we are not a startup looking for a product. We are a services firm that keeps its client list short enough to answer the phone.

- Software development, information technology consulting and automation: the three practices on our masthead have not changed since the first engagement.

- Senior engineers only. Every team member writes code, talks to clients, and carries the pager for what they build.

- Retainer or fixed-scope project. We do not rent bodies; we deliver working systems and the documentation to keep them alive.

- Fully remote. Working-hours overlap is agreed per engagement so live sessions land inside your day.
Principles
The engineering principles we do not bend
These are not posters. They are the trade-offs we make every time we scope, build, ship and support a system.
We write code we will support for years
We do not chase novelty that makes future maintenance expensive. Boring, well-tested, documented code wins over clever code.
We say no to work that hides risk
If a deadline, budget or architecture does not match reality, we say so before the contract is signed. Optimism is not a delivery strategy.
We prefer small, durable systems
Fewer moving parts, fewer vendors, fewer surprises. Complexity is a tax; we keep the bill low and the failure surface small.
We document what we build
Runbooks, architecture decisions and handoff notes are part of delivery, not an afterthought. Knowledge should survive the weekend.
We charge enough to be around in year three
Cheap engagements create churn. We price so we can answer the phone, maintain the codebase, and still care about the outcome.
Honesty
Where a boutique engineering firm is the wrong choice
We are not the right fit for every company or every project. If any of these describe what you actually need, we will help you find a partner who fits better.

- You want a procurement-friendly supplier with a sales deck and a rotating account team. We are the account team.
- You need 24/7 coverage across three continents. We sleep. We plan for it with runbooks and automation, but we are not a NOC.
- You need someone on-site five days a week. We work remotely by design; our clients are in Europe and North America.
