Three practices. Six things we do properly.

Software development, information technology consulting and automation. Everything below is delivered by the same senior engineers you meet on the first call. We do not subcontract the parts we find boring.

The six

What you can actually hire us for

Six focused capabilities across automation, cloud and AI — scoped, priced and delivered independently.

Practice 01: Automation

Work that should not need a person

Most organisations do not have an automation problem. They have twelve small ones, each held together by a spreadsheet and one employee's memory. We find the expensive ones and replace them with systems that log what they did.

  • Durable, replayable orchestration: a job that fails halfway resumes rather than restarting from scratch, so a 3-hour process does not become a 6-hour one.
  • Document and data pipelines: ingestion, validation, transformation and routing that keeps audit trails without asking anyone to cc a mailbox.

Practice 02: Software Development

Systems that stay maintainable

We build cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure with the assumption that someone else will inherit the code, and that person might be us in two years. That means tests, telemetry, clean boundaries and no clever frameworks that only one developer understands.

  • Web applications and APIs: secure, scalable backends and frontends that integrate with your existing identity, data and compliance posture.
  • Azure platform engineering: infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring and cost guardrails that let a small team ship like a large one.

Practice 03: IT Consulting

Decisions made with numbers

Sometimes the right answer is not to build anything yet. We map what you have, quantify the cost of inertia, and recommend the smallest change that produces the largest return.

  • Architecture and roadmap reviews: honest assessments of technical debt, vendor lock-in and migration risk before budget is committed.
  • Process and tooling diagnostics: finding where work waits, repeats or disappears, then designing workflows that match how your team actually operates.

How we engage

A predictable shape, tailored to the problem

We do not sell retainers that accumulate unused hours. Every engagement starts with a fixed-scope discovery, produces a written plan, and only then moves into build or advisory work.

01

Discovery

One to two weeks of interviews, system review and cost mapping. You receive a findings document with options, not a single forced recommendation.

02

Plan

A fixed proposal with scope, milestones, risks and a clear go/no-go decision point. No surprises about who does what or when.

03

Build or advise

We work in short cycles, demo progress weekly, and hand over working systems with documentation your team can operate.
