Scope
These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern any engagement with us. That is set out in a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability, which takes precedence over anything here.
Information on this site
We describe our capabilities as accurately as we can. Nothing on this site is an offer, a guarantee of a particular outcome, or a service-level commitment. Availability targets, response times and support hours only exist once they are written into a signed agreement. Descriptions of past work are summarised and anonymised where we do not hold written permission to name a client.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with this site or the systems behind it, use it to distribute unlawful material, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others. Reading, quoting and linking are all welcome.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code and brand marks on this site belong to us. You may quote our articles with attribution and a link. Reproducing a whole article, or reusing our brand marks, needs our permission first.
Work we decline
For clarity, since we are asked: we do not build systems whose purpose is to circumvent access controls, evade bot detection, or scrape services in breach of their terms; and we do not build systems that make final automated decisions about individuals without a documented human review path. These limits apply regardless of budget.
